We compare the examples to find the decisions, principles, distinctions, exceptions, and ways of thinking that repeat.

Determine what it should become

We evaluate which parts of the expertise are most useful, transferable, and worth developing into practical assets.

Do I need to know what I want to create before we begin?: No. Determining what your expertise should become is part of the work. We begin with evidence from what you have done, not with pressure to force your experience into a predetermined product.
How is this different from the Framework Finder?: The Framework Finder focuses on one process during a 90-minute session. The Sprint gives us four working sessions to examine a larger body of experience, trace patterns across several examples, and structure multiple connected parts of your expertise.
What will I need to bring?: Bring real examples from your work. These can include projects, decisions, stories, tools, notes, presentations, client situations, recurring questions, or other evidence of how you solve problems. You do not need to organize everything before we begin.
Is this a course?: No. The Sprint is a guided working engagement. We use your actual experience as the source material and build from what we uncover together.
