What Changed?

My life changed when I reached a breaking point in a 10-year-long toxic marriage and I realized that if I wanted anything to change, I needed to take the first step. I mustered the courage to end my marriage, embarking on a journey of healing, self-discovery and personal growth. Determined to chart my own path, I resolved to prioritize my well-being and thrive!

With the help of mentors and coaches who saw my hidden potential beneath my scars, their gentle encouragement gave me the courage to start peeling back the layers of low self-esteem and conformity that suppressed my true self for far too long. I unraveled the limiting beliefs and embraced my worthiness.

The results of my deep inner work exceeded my expectations. After the divorce, I rebuilt my life, overcame low self-esteem, and even healed my relationship with my children. I then resumed pursuing higher education which I put on hold while married.

I earned degrees in Leadership and Management, Instructional Design, and Psychology. This opened up new career opportunities for me to become an Instructional Designer and Trainer. Not only that, I became a published Author.

Most important of all, I found my true calling as an Empowerment Coach for professional women. The pain of my past became a source of strength, fueling my passion to empower other women on their journeys of transformation
And Now...
As I coach, I am ever learning, growing, and refining my craft. I experienced the power of coaching not only in changing my life but I am also seeing how it is transforming the lives of the women I worked with.

I have a deep passion for studying human behavior, mindfulness, and philosophy. These interests have shaped my perspective and approach as an Empowerment Coach.

They have enriched my understanding of the complexities of the human mind, the power of presence and self-awareness, and the profound questions that shape our existence. I integrate this knowledge to empower women to understand themselves, embrace their uniqueness, and navigate challenges with resilience.
If you can relate to my story, know that I understand the pain of feeling stuck in a life that doesn't align with who you are or what matters to you, always putting others before yourself.

I believe that ambitious women like you deserve a life where they can thrive personally and professionally, without compromising their well-being.

Thriving without compromise is not only possible; it's my commitment to every woman I work with. I am here to support and empower you on your path to discover the power within you to redefine success, and create a life that brings you joy and peace.
Where I Started:
Feeling Lost and Invisible
I grew up in a strict religious home. I felt invisible, powerless and insignificant. I constantly allowed others to take the lead, convinced that I lacked the ability to make decisions for my own life. Despite being a dependable source of support and advice for friends, family, and acquaintances, I never felt like I was good enough. Desperate for acceptance and belonging, I would often say yes to people, decisions, and experiences that didn't feel right in my heart.

This caused an internal battle leading to overwhelm, self-neglect, guilt, and burnout. My life felt totally out of control. I felt lost, not knowing where to begin to bring order to the chaos around me.
